Breezy Harbor AMI pool retreat near the Beach

Mario was a wonderful host and the home was perfect for our family of 4. The outside shower was great coming back from the beach to rinse off. Gorgeous location, easily walkable, comfortable and homey, 10/10 recommend!

Great location. Everything was a short drive, and the beach was a short walk. The place was very clean and stocked. My family had everything we needed during our vacation. We had a great time and would return.

We had a great time at this beach villa! We rented a golf cart which was very helpful getting the stuff to and from the beach with our 3 kiddos! It was also very fun that we could drive the golf cart around the whole island. The space was beautiful and had all the comforts of home and everything we needed. Mario was wonderful, very responsive and understanding. He even paid us a visit to address one of the issues we had! Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation. My kids loved the pool too!!!!

Mario’s place was excellent! A clean space is very important to us, and the house was super clean. It had everything we needed and Mario was very responsive. We will certainly be back!!!

Mario's place was a great set up for our family. It's a little smaller than what we thought it was going to be but the island is so beautiful that we didn't really spend a lot of time inside anyways. We had a blast on our trip for a week. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the neighbor directly behind their place didn't like any noise at all. In the instructions it states that the "quiet" time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. There were two nights that we were being "loud" at 7:30ish PM outside in the pool having fun with our kids and she used choice words after banging on the fence to get us to quiet down. A few nights later around the same time she threatened to call the cops. We were enjoying our vacation, we weren't being rude at all, I think she is what I would consider the "Sherrif of No Fun" but other than those two nights we would highly recommend Mario and his place. It was a great location and we were able to enjoy your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well stocked home. We walked to the beach daily and enjoyed the private pool the rest of the time. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and we had plenty of linens and towels for the stay. Thank you Mario for hosting us!

This is a small well-designed and well run rental. The property was immaculate inside and out and recently updated. The appliances were pretty new. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of water pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again when I return to AMI.

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, first extended winter vacation in Florida. When we saw the devastation after hurricanes Helene and Milton, we wanted to cancel, fearing the island wouldn’t be up and running when we arrived. Mario assured us several times all would be good and it was! The house was perfectly repaired, pool was beautiful, and the island beaches were in great shape. The house is an easy walk to the beach with your trusty little wagon to carry everything (beach chairs, towels, cooler all provided) Grocery store is just a few blocks away for cooking in and the restaurants we went to were great (Waterfront was my favorite).

Nuestra experiencia fue simplemente maravillosa la casa es hermosa impecable la comunicación con el propietario fue totalmente honesta , clara y con fluidez , la propiedad está ubicada cerca de la playa donde tan solo caminar 5 minutos podrás observar el más bello de los atardeceres la piscina es de sal con calefacción ideal para una temporada de frío con fuente y juegos como opciones espectacular los niños las disfrutan fin al máximo! Mi familia y yo volveríamos a rentarnos de nuevo allí mismo.

We loved Mario’s place. Great location on a quiet neighborhood street. Lots of places to walk my dog. House was extremely clean which is most important to me. Lots of linens provided. Really appreciated the soap provided in the bathrooms, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Also had some coffee for our first morning so after a long drive we didn’t feel like we needed to run to the store. Beds were super comfy. Weather was not warm enough for the beach but chairs, wagon and cooler all provided. Also two bikes. Backyard was beautiful with a nice seating area and pool. Very well maintained. Thank you so much! We hope to be back next year!
