Salty Harbor was a wonderful home for our stay! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and loved jumping in the pool multiple times per day. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home. Before our trip we were concerned about possible noise issues due to the unit being a duplex. Mario assured us there would be no problems and he was right! We had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend Mario and his beautiful home to anyone looking for a peaceful, private getaway to AMI.

Mario was a wonderful host and the home was perfect for our family of 4. The outside shower was great coming back from the beach to rinse off. Gorgeous location, easily walkable, comfortable and homey, 10/10 recommend!

Mario was an amazing host! We had to make changes to our stay and then change them back and he was VERY nice and worked with us which was so much appreciated! His home offered amazing things for our family with kids lots of extras for us who flew in from out of town! Very clean and felt right at home! The pool area was a huge hit with the kids! Great location. Everything was a short drive, and the beach was a short walk. The place was very clean and stocked. My family had everything we needed during our vacation. We had a great time and would return.

We had a great time at this beach villa! We rented a golf cart which was very helpful getting the stuff to and from the beach with our 3 kiddos! It was also very fun that we could drive the golf cart around the whole island. The space was beautiful and had all the comforts of home and everything we needed. Mario was wonderful, very responsive and understanding. He even paid us a visit to address one of the issues we had! Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation. My kids loved the pool too!!!!

Beautiful destination. This was one of the best AirBNBs I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Immaculate house and thought my designed. The pool was clean & the perfect temp. Highly recommend this spot. We will be back.

Mario’s place was excellent! A clean space is very important to us, and the house was super clean. It had everything we needed and Mario was very responsive. We will certainly be back!!!

Mario's place was a great set up for our family. It's a little smaller than what we thought it was going to be but the island is so beautiful that we didn't really spend a lot of time inside anyways. We had a blast on our trip for a week. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the neighbor directly behind their place didn't like any noise at all. In the instructions it states that the "quiet" time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. There were two nights that we were being "loud" at 7:30ish PM outside in the pool having fun with our kids and she used choice words after banging on the fence to get us to quiet down. A few nights later around the same time she threatened to call the cops. We were enjoying our vacation, we weren't being rude at all, I think she is what I would consider the "Sherrif of No Fun" but other than those two nights we would highly recommend Mario and his place. It was a great location and we were able to enjoy your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well stocked home. We walked to the beach daily and enjoyed the private pool the rest of the time. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and we had plenty of linens and towels for the stay. Thank you Mario for hosting us!

This is a small well-designed and well run rental. The property was immaculate inside and out and recently updated. The appliances were pretty new. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of water pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again when I return to AMI.
